What if I don’t want a training program but I would like some guidance in how to transition out of sports?
Great question. In addition to training programs and ongoing support, we also offer consultations on an as-needed basis. Check out our booking page to learn more about our movement and fitness services.
I am returning to sports after eating disorder treatment. Can you help me navigate this transition?
Yes! Our services and programs are designed to support athletes at every step of their eating disorder recovery journey. With your permission, we collaborate both with your care team as well as your athletic team to ensure that you do not compromise your recovery as you return to sport.
My child has an eating disorder and I have questions. Can you help me, too?
Absolutely. We provide parent consultations in addition to individual fitness and movement programs.
